The point at which hopefully i will be at GOAL!!!!!

Wedding Countdowns 46 weigh ins til the wedding as of 2nd sept!!Should have lost between 46 and 92 lb {3st 4 & 6st 8}. EEEK sounds loads :0(

My Goals:-

* In 14's by my hols on 22 Sept. {21/9}

* Get my 50lb certificate. {16/9}

* In the 13's by 2nd March.
{size 16-hopfully}

* Try to lose 30lb by my 30th:
13.5lb so far.
8 weigh in's to go.....

* In 12's for May.
{size 14 -fingers crossed}

* In 11's for end of July.
{size 12- god willing}

* At goal 9st 11lb for Oct 1st
{size 10- in my dreams!!!}
1st Oct 2010 = 2yrs Dieting!

* Excercise

SWIM- Th {am}
WII- Any time min 30 mins

My Weight Loss journey so far:

Start weight 1st Oct o8 = 20st 4lb
Jan 7th joined WW = 18st 9lb

Wk 1-52 = - 55lb
total = - 78lb {5st 8lb}

2010 = 14st 10lb
Wk 1-3 = -2.5
